Police have arrested a mother who was filmed savagely hitting her innocent baby. Police say the mother, named as Aygul Kozhabaevna, has since been identified and arrested in the central Asian republic of Uzbekistan. Police spokesman Almas Sadubaev has since confirmed the woman was found and identified, adding: "During the interrogation she admitted her guilt and the fact it was her in the video." As well as child abuse, the woman could also find herself facing charges relating to the illegal crossing of the border between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. (Meer INFO)
